Train Angels
Working together for a safer community
Who are the Train Angels?
The Train Angels launched with GWR in May 2025, after a report from the British Transport Police stated that crimes on the trains have gone up by 177%.
The Train Angels are currently on board trains between Worcester and Swindon 3 times a week, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays helping to keep passengers safe, accompanied and happy. The Train Angels are first aid trained, mental health first aiders and carry lots of equipment to help in any situation. They are dressed in bright pink and pass through the carriages, if you need anything at all please just ask them!
